License Policy

1. Standard permitted use

• Use in advertising, marketing, social content, websites, presentations, and other common digital productions
• Use on product pages, campaign banners, and internal business materials
• Use by the purchasing account or the lawfully affiliated organization for project delivery

2. Uses that need additional review

• Large-scale offline print runs, template resale, or redistribution features inside SaaS products
• Sensitive topics or high-risk contexts such as legal, medical, or financial decision support
• Commercial usage that assumes exclusive brand ownership or exclusivity

3. Prohibited uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, or freely redistributing original files or substantially similar assets
• Use that may violate publicity rights, defame a person, discriminate, mislead, or support unlawful conduct
• Delivering watermarked preview assets as the final production file

4. License termination

Usage rights may be restricted or terminated after refunds, account suspension, policy violations, or termination of a separate agreement. After termination, new distribution and new usage must stop.
