Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes apply from your next billing cycle. Remaining download credits for the current month are preserved.
What is your refund policy?
Within 7 days of payment and with 0 original downloads, we refund 100%. Once originals are downloaded, refunds are limited.
What happens if I exceed my monthly download limit?
Additional original downloads are blocked for the rest of the month. Watermark previews remain unlimited regardless of the limit. Upgrading to a higher plan instantly raises your quota.
How far can I share on social media?
Free covers watermark-preview sharing only; Lite allows limited personal SNS posting; Studio and Pro allow all personal SNS, blog, and YouTube usage. Commercial use such as ads, marketing, or product sales requires the Business plan.
Are all images AI-generated?
Yes β every image is created with AI tools (ComfyUI, etc.). In line with the Korean AI Framework Act (effective 2026.1), we maintain mandatory "AI-generated" labeling, and we provide the same labeling guidance for downstream usage.
